This one-day workshop weaves the quiet depth of somatic listening with the physical intensity of Contact Improvisation—warming us from the inside out, and bringing brightness into these darker days.

Through subtle tuning and listening practices, we’ll deepen our capacity to sense, respond, and move with freedom.

Whether you’re new to CI or a seasoned mover, you’ll find tools and experiences to expand your movement vocabulary, heighten awareness, and trust your instincts, impulses, and intuition.

The pace will ebb and flow: slowing down to catch the quiet cues of fascia and breath, then igniting into full-bodied, responsive movement.
