Inside out, Outside in.

INSIDE OUT, OUTSIDE IN 

These four days will be composed within elements of contact improvisation, and performative site-spesific research outside of the studio. Every day we will study and explore CI, researching underlying physical principles of contact improvisation.We approach contact with curiosity, allowing ourselves to go to unknown places and pathways. Discover something new. We will move through improvisation scores and structures, which are giving us permission to explore performing.Witnessing. Seeing and being seen. 

We will go outside, to the streets, to the parks, to the forest – and explore our being and our movement in relation with surroundings.

We approach Contact Improvisation with explorative curiosity. Paying attention to details; fine-tuning and listening, embodying specific qualities and tones. We will explore the dance as a continuous fall from off balance into temporary balance.
